Buying in Our Surplus Auctions

SLS represents medium to large corporations who retain us to market and sell their late model business class IT equipment and lab/test instruments. We most commonly use our “Timed Best & Final Bid Method” when selling single and multiple lots. We submit the high bid(s) to our client, and we handle the financial aspects of the transaction once they approve the offer(s).

We typically sell surplus using “EX-WORKS” (EXW); the product being readied by SLS and/or by the seller; the Buyer being responsible for removing the sold items, the transportation therefrom and the handling of any export related matters thereafter. Buyer’s are commonly given 14-days to audit/validate the inventory and describe any discrepancies for a potential resolution.
